As 2015 winds down, we’ve taken stock of ST!R’s crazy year and the lessons we learned along the way. In early 2015, we were going 100 miles per hour, but without a particularly diverse mix of big and small clients. So when a big client went away, ST!R was left with a very unbalanced portfolio of business and a CEO emerging from the weeds and at near-zero in terms of networking and relationship-building. I started moving big rocks, and built a more solid foundation for ST!R as a result.
